CONSULTATION

We start all our staging projects with a consultation ($99.95+HST & up). If the listing is vacant, we take photos and measurements to provide you with a detailed quote within 24hours. If the listing is occupied, we provide your client with a detailed report of each room outlining all decluttering/depersonalizing, paint colours, lighting options and minor repair recommendations.

*Once hired on to execute a staging design, the consultation fee is waived. (Toronto only)

Our e-design service starts with a 1 hour consultation. Following the consultation, our team will create a visual presentation of the room, allowing you to envision your space's transformation. Additionally, we provide curated links to recommended furniture, decor, and paint colours, making it effortless for you to bring the design to life. With our e-design service, you can achieve a professionally designed space from the comfort of your own home.
